Arabic version of the famous messaging app
WhatsApp is the most used chat and instant messaging app in the world with over 1.5 billion active users. Therefore, nobody should be surprised that MODs have become so popular. We're talking about unofficial developments that add extra functions and features to the original app.
The Arabic WhatsApp
And with the Arabic community in mind, this MOD called WhatsApp Arab has been developed using GBWhatsApp as a base since there are hardly any differences between the two. However, it also offers us emojis with typical Arab culture topics, with people wearing djellabas and similar costumes. Apart from this curiosity, it also comes along with the following features:
- Customization of the user interface.
- Greater control over our privacy, being able to hide our Online status and our latest connection time without waiving the possibility to see that information about other users.
- Automatic replies.
- Possibility to copy the statuses of our friends.
- Send up to 90 images at once.
- Function to download the stories of our contacts.
- Different themes to be downloaded.
Requirements and additional information:
- Minimum operating system requirements: Android 2.2.
- The installation of the app by means of the APK file requires the activation of the "Unknown sources" option within Settings>Applications.
